Energy Update: Your Heart's Role in Ascension

A year to this date I did an Energy Update about the heart and how it relates to Ascension. Now we are understanding its exact role much deeper and have a clear idea of what light workers need to do for embodiment and to shift the collective into the highest possible timeline.

1. Trust

Trust your abilities. Trust your visualization. Energy work is focused intention, breath, and visualization. Now more than ever, trust what you’re seeing in order to see more and trust what you’re feeling in order to guide you to what you need to personally address within yourself.

2. Working From The Heart Space

Now that you trust yourself, work from your heart space. Drop into your heart by setting the intention and then visualizing it. Now breathe into it and expand your heart space. From here, visualize and fill yourself with unconditional love, peace, joy, harmony, and a planetary shift into the highest timeline for all of humanity. Really get in touch with oneness and shifting the ENTIRE planet. This cannot be done if you’re carrying bitterness, judgment, resentment, and jealousy in your heart space- it has to come from compassion for all beings. Everyone gets to shift. Even if you feel that not everyone deserves to because they didn’t do the work, that’s something you need to feel and work through before you take on this type of anchoring. If you still have judgments to work out, honor them and work them out. You’ll find that compassion coupled with a peaceful, smooth global shift will easily override resistance to this work. And if you have resistance, that’s okay too.

It is imperative that you clear and open your own heart before taking on anything else. How do you open your own heart? By feeling and unconditionally loving every single emotion that comes up for you. By fully embracing yourself and knowing that you are worthy of the role you were born to play. When you open your own heart, you’re opening the hearts of all and therefore doing this same light work in a different way.

So remember, drop into your heart space and visualize peace for all beings, unconditional love for all beings, and ascension for all beings. With deep visualization and an open heart, we are creating the heaven on Earth we’ve been talking about years. Now is the time to contribute, and the more of us who do it, the quicker the planet will respond. We are the key to acceleration and determining whether we want a smooth transition or a catastrophic one. It is up to us. We are the heroes we’ve been waiting for. We are the creators of our own timelines.

Energy Update: Welcoming Your Eternal Self

I received this energy update in different waves, yet all at once. I received the words weeks ago, but today I embodied the energetic upgrades that have been literally raining on us, waiting for us to drop our umbrellas and bathe in their light codes. I woke up today with a list of errands and work, and as I sat down to write I felt myself merge with my oneness and godhood, and I have been sitting in integration for the past few hours. Below is my energy update for today April 20, 2017 through the first week of May.

I invite you to formally welcome your Eternal Self. Look into the mirror and say hello. Look into your eyes until you recognize yourself. Breathe and take your time. From this space of connection and oneness, begin to contemplate whatyou would now like to do with your life. Make space in your life for this so that Source can provide. What are those next steps you need to take? Now you can start to plant seeds, or rather, your emotional and spiritual goals you are ready to see grow.

This is the time to act on the now. What do you want to come through? You want to plan this now. Honor this time of deep introspection and infinite possibility! We are headed into another huge energy acceleration that will take us straight into June where we will see the reality we’ve been anchoring manifest itself. The world is going to shift depending on how much you invest into yourself right now- this is what will be reflected back to you. Invest in your emotional and physical health, self-care, healing, personal goals, getting organized, detoxing, and feeling good! Set up your plan this week and voice your intentions out loud into the Universe! Be sure to drink a lot of water (alkaline), practice grounding, get outside in the sunlight, walking and grounding in nature, eat clean foods and avoid GMOs, and of course, breathe and meditate.

I recommend practicing the following breath work and bedtime ritual:

Before you go to sleep lay down comfortably in bed. Take deep, belly breaths. Release everything from the day. Breathe in the day’s events and with gratitude, breathe out and release until you are a clear slate. Even if you still have stressful thoughts, just breathe until you feel your body slow down. Now in your mind, list all the things from your day that you are grateful for. Now list and reflect on all the things that you did right. This will help you return to center.

The theme of April is staying centered. Focus on the things that give you balance and help keep you centered. Remember, the light is firmly here. By centering yourself and entering stillness, you will awaken to your own heavenly light, your godhood, your oneness with all.

Energy Update March 2017: A Month of Clarity and Self-Care

March is here and we are beginning to clear out the old, stagnant energy from the winter months and let in the bright energy of the Spring Equinox. The energies this month are pulling everything to the surface and making us look at what we can no longer put off looking at in order to make room for what we want to embody from now on. That is why the overwhelming theme of March is clarity. Clarity brings us perspective, and the way we can achieve it is through the questions we ask ourselves and the amount of self-care and love we answer those questions with.

The questions to ask yourself are: Who am I? What am I doing? What do I want? Do I actually feel the way I do or am I empathing my emotions from the collective?

The way to refresh, step back, and gain clarity is through sitting in stillness and checking in with yourself. Find a quiet space, take a few deep, belly breaths, and just sit. Be completely still and feel the space between you.

Ask yourself: Am I feeling all right? What’s bothering me? What’s triggering me? What are the emotions that keep coming back for my love and attention? What are these emotions trying to tell me?

The next step is to go deeper into your self-awareness. Ask yourself: How do I treat others? How do I treat myself in front of others? Do my actions come from self-love? Do they even come from me?

Once you emerge from your self-inquiry, greet your newfound awareness and clearer view of self with unconditional love. Learn to recognize the soul who has now emerged via mirror work. Look in the mirror and give yourself direct eye contact. Say hello to yourself! I see you! I love you! There’s no better way to start off your day then with greeting yourself with an excited “Good morning beautiful one!”

This is the time to really tune in and listen to your needs. We need to take the time to love and respect that we have a physical body and an Earth Mother who wants us to plug in and charge ourselves. We need to give ourselves the same attention we give our cell phones. Are we overheating? Is it time to upgrade our software? Low energy or battery life indicates that we need to plug into Gaia via grounding, going outside and walking in nature, and breathing. We also don’t want to overcharge and kill our battery with apathy, laziness, or self-medicating and numbing.

March is the month to embrace self-care and being okay with keeping it to yourself. You can share your self-care journey when you’re ready. You don’t have to throw yourself out into the open and keep people in the loop either. Take this time to go inside your cocoon and rest, reflect, and recalibrate so that you can emerge into this reality with a sturdy foundation built from clarity, perspective, and unconditional love. All is well.

Inner Child Work: The Missing Puzzle Piece in Spiritual Evolution

Deep inside our souls, our inner child awaits. She (or he) is waiting to be acknowledged, remembered, and loved. No matter what stage of life you are currently in, the inner child within is asking to join you on your journey to provide support, guidance, and healing.

The inner child is easy to forget and neglect just as easily as our own needs were forgotten and neglected as children. Even those who experienced “stable or normal” family lives have stored trauma that inner child work can uncover and heal. Based on my work as a Quantum Sphere Healer, I can say that clients who’ve had relatively happy childhoods need this work just as much as those who’ve had tumultuous upbringings because going within to heal unmet needs and blocked trauma from childhood is not common knowledge.

The inner child resides in our subconscious and has recorded all of the traumas that are buried deep inside us, hidden and forgotten by time. Through the survival mechanism of suppression, parts of us go unconscious in order for the individual to continue to function.

The process to becoming whole again is done through our inner child. This is the aspect of us that wants to be seen, heard and ultimately, integrated. Our inner child is trying to get our attention so that we can learn how to meet our own needs and love ourselves, instead of assigning those roles to people, places, and things. 

Inner child work is often the missing puzzle piece in our spiritual evolution. We can learn all the ancient knowledge in existence but healing the grief and loneliness of the inner child is the key to unconditional love and transcendence. Our inner child wants peace and resolution, and the way to get it is by fully embracing her.

It can be difficult to feel complete on this journey, but when you meet your inner child, you will start feeling the safety and security inside yourself that comes with healing this crucial shadow aspect. When you send love to your inner child, you are telling her that she is safe to exist and thrive. You are giving her the home she’s always wanted and inviting her to share her talents, imagination and guidance with you. 

Our inner child rejoices when we follow our greatest enthusiasm and embrace our gifts. If you feel a lot of resistance on your path and find yourself unhappy with your life and journey, it may be time to visit your inner child and ask her what you can do to make her, and ultimately you, happy.

How do you know when its time to do inner child work? It often comes as a surprise to people that they need this work because it can sound abstract or even too simple to be the answer to your problems, but the feeling you get when you make the initial connection is an intense maternal love for yourself. It encompasses compassion, understanding, empathy, and joy. It is like an ancient recognition of your soul and your innocence.

The first sign that its time to do this work is if you are unhappy with your career and life choices. The inner child is disappointed when it feels that you have gone against your will and your own truth, or when you have abandoned your joy and enthusiasm for something you feel obligated or pressured into.

Not having a creative outlet also creates tension between you and your inner child. The inner child is an artist who wants to create and express herself. She sees beauty and curiosity in the world around her and she lets her imagination dictate her dreams and inspirations. We often lose this ability once we are indoctrinated in our school, family, and religious communities. And when we are adults we only realize the gold in these qualities when we’ve exhausted ourselves in dead-end jobs and societal pressures. Once you establish a relationship with your inner child, you can ask her for specific guidance and career advice. You will become inspired by your inner child in the most unexpected ways such as taking on new hobbies and artistic outlets, taking a class and getting a certification, or even taking a vacation and journaling.

Another sign is feeling like you are invisible. I’ve noticed that my clients who are unhappy with their family lives feel this the most. Clients who grew up in big families where there needs were overlooked due to a lack of attention and resources have an immense need to be seen and heard. Feeling unnoticed by parents and siblings manifests into adulthood by feeling unnoticed in your career, social life, and romantic life. If you feel like your voice is always drowned out by another person’s needs or overpowering energy, you can resolve and meet these needs by giving your inner child the love, attention, and voice that she never received. This requires you to speak to your self as you would speak to a sweet, innocent child whose trust you seek to gain. In a soft, gentle voice, speak to the inner child inside of you. Say hello, tell her you’re here for her and you will never leave her. Let her speak and listen to her. Most importantly, say, “I love you.”

We don’t have to be embarrassed that we’re starved for attention. The truth is that we’re starved for our own attention. In every single healing session I’ve performed, the first thing the inner child wants is our recognition. When we are anxious we are feeling our inner child’s stress and anxiety over our lack of self-recognition. We don’t need others to see us and validate us to prove that we are alive. We need to look at ourselves and meet ourselves with the loving gaze and recognition we craved as children.

If you are quick to anger, this is an important sign that your inner child is unhappy and is trying to get your attention. When the inner child is fearful, is in pain, is lonely, or fully succumbs to our neglect, it can act out in order to tell us that we need to change. When we try to express our rage in childhood we’re often punished and silenced. All of our pain is stored until we can’t take it anymore and we unleash at the slightest trigger. This is when you need to meet with your inner child and ask her, “Why are you hurting?” “What can I do for you?” When you get your answer, the first thing you should do is comfort your inner child and send her unconditional love. There is no room for judgment in this work. You are allowed to look at all of your shame, embarrassment, and pain and honor all of it. The next step is loving yourself for feeling all of those things. This is what we rarely received as children, as this is all we wanted, to know that we are seen and loved no matter what emotions come forward.  

In my healing practice, I’ve noticed that physical issues and energy blockages within the womb, pelvic area, throat, and jaw are important indicators of inner child work. The client’s inner child literally appears in the throat and root area of the client’s energy body and is usually shouting, “Look at me! See me! I’m over here! Help me!” I’ve seen the inner child hidden behind a boulder in someone’s throat, or literally covered in layers of dirt buried from complete sight until I unearth it during the healing session. I’ve seen it in cages, drowning in water, and under rocks. Once revealed, the inner child is gasping for breath and then it tells me what it wants from the client. I then relay the information to the client along with an inner child meditation that guides the client in journeying and meeting their inner child. I've noticed that as soon as I tell the client their inner child appeared to me, their entire energy field lights up, as if they knew all along that it was time to meet and heal.

The inner child usually appears near or within the root chakra, indicating issues with safety and security. Our most basic needs are often overlooked in childhood and the resulting trauma is stored in this energy center. Clients who've experienced sexual abuse are most likely to have their inner child trauma blocking their root chakra. The child appears asking to be nurtured and reassured that they are safe in the body and safe to be seen.

When the inner child appears in the throat I know that it wants to express itself. It wants to be seen and heard and wants to be creative. Clients who don't feel comfortable in their bodies and safe to be who they are usually have an active inner child appear in the throat asking them to look at their lives and claim their power. They're asking for their throat chakra to be activated through self-expression and through setting boundaries with other people. If you feel yourself in a power struggle, your inner child can help you pinpoint what you need and the best way to express those needs.

When I connect my client’s with their inner child, I teach them how to meet them through a simple meditation. If this is your first time meeting your inner child, all you have to do is set the intention to meet with her. Sit comfortably in your space, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths while setting the intention to meet with her. In your mind’s eye imagine her sitting in a room waiting for you or sitting in your favorite place to visit as a child. You can even meet her at the point of a traumatic childhood event and start there. Enter the room and embrace her. Trust what you are seeing and feeling. Say hello and send her love. You can ask her what she needs and how you can provide for her. Be a parent to this child. Give her a hug and feel her heart beat. Play games, talk about the things you like to do, tell her stories. The more imaginative and interactive you get the more you will feel her connection. Make a list of all the things she would like to do together and then actually go out and do those things. For example, if she wants to color, buy a pack of crayons and a coloring book and take the time to color. Treat yourself to ice cream and something you loved as a child. Get into that joyful, innocent space that inspired you as a child and allowed you to dream.

Note that this meditation exercise is not the only method of connecting with your inner child. You have a direct line to her every time you listen to your intuition and make a decision that comes from you. You connect with her every time you look in the mirror and meet yourself with a smile. You speak directly to her heart with every “I love you” you send to yourself. I like to bring my inner child with me whenever I give a talk or host a workshop. I have her sit beside me and include her in all the special moments in my life. This grounds me and inspires me to speak my truth, make her proud, and even impress her. Before I started this work my inner child lived hidden beneath layers in my throat. Now she lives in my heart and speaks through my voice.

The goal of this work is to integrate your inner child so she is no longer a separate aspect of yourself. Instead, she becomes your inner voice, ready to guide you and love you through every stage of your sacred journey.

Inner child work is continuous. You can measure the relationship with your inner child by the depth of eye contact you give yourself and how open you are to listen to all emotions. You will find that it becomes second nature by how well you treat yourself and how loving and open you become with yourself. The reward of this work is finally living in alignment with your personal truth and walking your path in wholeness with complete trust and unconditional love for yourself.

Energy Update: The Elevator

Heart- Are you living from your heart? Do your actions align with how you feel? Do your acquaintances align with your spiritual path? Are they helping you grow or telling you to stop until they catch up?

Do you feel free to fully express yourself? These are the questions you need to meditate on as you unlock your heart energy and light the flame within. The answers you get might bring you to an uncomfortable level of awareness- work through this by loving yourself unconditionally and allowing yourself to question your current path and the things you’re attached to. Do you know what your attachments are and do you refuse to let go? Meet them, look them down and acknowledge them. Bringing consciousness to them will allow them to unravel and detach from your energy field.

The elevator in this dimension is going to the next floor- who gets off the elevator? That is for you to decide. When you know what floor you are going to, you get off by yourself no matter what floor everyone else is stopping at. Be comfortable with getting off on your own floor, letting the doors close behind you and moving forward. In our oneness we are all on solo missions until we merge. Honor where your mission takes you and where it stops, changes, or elevates.

What if the collective is in the elevator? Some people in the elevator are in fear due to external events and aren’t ready to go to the roof of the building. Maybe they have some “stuff” they forgot on the ground floor. The elevator has to go as high as the highest number selected before it drops down again. Get off on the highest floor you selected at the time, and let it drop back down for those who want to go back down. And when it comes back up, you get on and continue. You are free to ascend. This is your soul’s journey. It already knows where it is going. It has done this before. Now you are witnessing its ascension- that is why you can trust this journey- you already mapped it out. Are you ready to go to the next floor? Yes, get in the elevator- watch the buttons light up. We’ll all meet at the top when we get there. All that matters is that you get in the elevator. 

October Energy Forecast: Ascension, The Heart, and Surrender

Love your heart, be true to yourself, feel your emotions, and surrender to the light.

The Shift via the Heart

The great energetic shift of our time is happening and we are ready to welcome these energies by being the best version of ourselves. We recently passed through a huge ascension threshold during the last week of September, and these energies will continue to arrive and support us in the ascension process.

The old matrix paradigm is crumbling and we are welcoming the New Earth paradigm. We’re not controlling the shift, or making it happen, our job is to receive it by healing and clearing our bodies. Our job is to fill our bodies with unconditional love in order to be a match to heart-centered consciousness, which is the new reality we are entering. This is the time to open your heart, forgive, pull away from low frequency people and places, integrate the ego, and radiate from your heart.

Those closed off to these new supportive energies will suffer at first because they will have to have to be broken open in order to fully open their hearts and receive this new paradigm that is so unfamiliar to them. They will need to awaken and quickly adjust to these new energies and begin to process their new emotions and reality quickly. They will need to learn how to unconditionally love themselves through this process. This is because the shift is happening through the heart- it is the portal to ascension.

Those of us who’ve already opened our hearts and live in the vibration of love are ready to thrive, rise up, claim our gifts and energy upgrades, and be who we really are, which is loving, crystalline light beings. We are lit up souls disguised as humans. We don’t have to do things the hard way and get broken open to see this- we already have in this lifetime, all past incarnations have led up to anchoring this timeline- this is the gift of awakening. Now we are clearing the path for the collective by surrendering to love and thriving. Love is the way, it’s always been, but now is the time to truly trust this.

The way to ascension is through the heart. The heart is the bridge from the higher chakras to the lower chakras- it is the bridge to everything. The heart is the generator of all; everything comes from the heart. What does the human heart do in the human body? It pumps life into everything, it is the core. From esoteric terminology it is the symbol of love. So love is the generator of all and the heart is the portal. The heart is how you access infinity. When you hear the phrase “a return to love,” it is referring to a return to the heart. We’ve tried going through our heads, thoughts, logic, and the third eye. We’ve looked outward and inward, but never solely through the heart. Simply put, the heart is love. The heart is true protection and everything else is mental tricks. Don’t get distracted or caught up in anything that isn’t LOVE. Everything that isn’t love is breaking away from us, so let it fall.

Self-Love

Be the example of love. Being present with yourself and loving yourself is the example you are setting for the collective. When you love yourself, you activate your heart and the hearts of everyone around you. Take a deep breath, look in the mirror, and say “I love you” to yourself. Every single “I love you” you send to yourself activates you. You don’t have to look to an external source of activation. Remember, the way is through your heart.

Right now we can wrap up lessons that are on repeat by surrendering to the force of love. If something negative happens to you, love yourself even more. If you feel fear, shame, regret, or anger- love yourself more.

Go inside and meditate on self-love. Show your heart how grateful you are for it. Everyday put your hand on your heart and say “I love you heart.” We are alchemists, and we are transmuting every emotion within us by using the force of love- this is the gold that we create in ourselves.

Feed yourself with only love. Do this emotionally with positive thoughts and affirmations, and saying I love you to yourself. Do this physically with your food choices, exercise, and spending time in nature. Choose your words wisely, even our words carry their own powerful vibrations. Choose high vibration words via your own self-talk and mantras. Avoid low-vibration places like bars. This is being true to yourself by only doing things you resonate with, rather than betraying your comfort and intuition. Ask your Higher Self for guidance with this. Tune in and see what feels good and true to yourself.  

Eliminate any form of toxicity in your life. This can mean many different things to each of us, but includes people, places, and things.

Step away from the illusion of conflict- on the news via the mainstream media (fear programming, separation, terrorism, race wars), and in friendships, relationships, and all social interactions. Communicate your needs clearly with people in order to avoid conflict or even the perception of conflict.

Feeling Our Emotions

We have to be present in order to feel the shift. Being present with the emotional body is how you will receive the energy upgrades you need and desire. It’s how you match yourself to your ascension timeline because you will know what parts of you need love, healing, and integration. I’m talking about discomfort. Allow it and feel it deeply. In order to transmute and integrate your emotions, you have to feel them first. You have to let it burn. When something comes up, you cannot numb it. The denial, no matter how deeply buried, will resurrect itself as a shadow aspect. You have to pay attention and show all of your parts love. Bring them up to the surface to be healed and transformed.

Pay attention to escapism and what you do to escape feeling your emotions. Drugs, alcohol, and constantly being in an altered state and confusing that with awareness and spirituality is not the way to go. Even rushing around and doing a bunch of things is a way to avoid being present with your emotions. Loving what arises within you and not judging an emotion as negative is how you stay present while working through and healing emotional issues.

It doesn’t feel good. Its not supposed to. So, put your hand on your heart and love the one who is angry, love the one who doesn’t want to feel, and love the one who wants to be numb. Negative emotions cannot survive in the vibration of love. This is what it means to unconditionally love your self.

Being present with what you are feeling at this exact moment is your portal home. What you are feeling, is what is asking to be healed. When you pay attention to your feelings, you bring consciousness to them and begin the integration process. Integrating is not judging and sending these emotions away, rather, it’s saying I see you, I love you, and I welcome you home to be part of my soul.

Surrender

So much peace is ready to be accessed if you just stop, tune in, and surrender.

Right now, surrender is the fastest way to inner peace. And trust is at the core of surrender. Trust that your Higher Self has brought you exactly where you need to be and is allowing you to feel the emotions you need to feel for your highest and quickest way to enlightenment. Everyday we are being shown a playing card, how are you going to react to it? We are moving through lessons faster and faster and surrendering is the fastest way to evolution. We’ve done the work, now we need to slow down and integrate it.

Surrender to the big picture of your life. Start to see the bigger plan of your life unfold from a place of non-attachment and welcome it. Allow the universe to fill in all the details. Worry is the first way we become ungrounded. Stop worrying about what’s going to happen next in your life or on this planet. We have to show the universe we trust it and we’re ready for what’s next, even if we don’t know what that is.

We’re guided in every way and the universe is taking care of all the rest. The only thing you have to do is love yourself harder and more sincere than ever before.

Do your part by anchoring blessings. Send out blessings wherever you go. The vibrations of our words are now being heard louder than ever before, so bless everyone and everything around you.

Energy Update: September 2016 Accelerated Timeline

This is an energy update I channeled from my Higher Self to prepare us for the timeline shift in September, help us align with the highest, accelerated timeline, and guide us in navigating the new energies coming in. I was called to deliver these exact words and make sure the message is received. 

With an open heart and declaration of love, you are ready to align with the accelerated timeline. Remember that joy, happiness, and excitement are not just words, but living vibrations that we are now ready to completely feel and vibrationally align with at this time. Everything that isn't love is breaking away from us, and if you want to be on this timeline set the intention and declare I align with love, and so it is. 

The Power of Thank You

The vibration behind gratitude has the power to change you and everything around you. Taking the time to greet whatever is paining you with a heart felt  "Thank You" can instantly shift our resistance to circumstances, emotional pain, and even physical pain after time. Gratitude invites us into the neutral vibration of acceptance and acceptance transforms any issue into inner peace. You don’t have to create a false positivity toward an issue in order to send it gratitude. That is the power of thank you. It does all the work on your behalf. 

Our suffering is exacerbated by our judgments around it. It’s bad enough that we suffer, but then we swing back and forth from either entire disconnection from our suffering, to powerlessness, to judgment. We rarely think of thanking it. Thanking your pain is how you liberate it. 

Any trapped emotions or judgments held against the self can also create chronic inflammation in our emotional body. We then become a host for these low vibrations to live in, rotting away in a cesspool of heavy, traumatic patterning that welcomes even more pain and suffering, which becomes the new normal. The challenge is in changing our relationship to suffering by seeing it as a call for love. Thanking it is gives it unconditional attention and acceptance at the same time.

We can free ourselves from suffering by bringing in the light of gratitude, replacing our dense patterns with high vibratory patterns of grace and unconditional love. By saying thank you to someone who has hurt you, a troubling thought, or physical pain, you are not excusing their behavior or pretending to enjoy things that were never meant to feel good. Instead, you are returning your power to yourself by guiding yourself out of the cycle of suffering.    

“Thank you” brings attention to whatever is inside of you that needs to be healed. Just bringing consciousness to a problem begins the transformation. When you are in pain, you are calling for consciousness to that aspect of yourself. Bringing your attention there creates the healing, but saying thank you transforms you.

Put your hand over your heart and say "Thank you heart." Do this for every part of your body, head to toe. Do this everyday, even if you are not in physical pain. If you are currently battling disease or illness, send a big thank you to whatever you are suffering from. Illness cannot survive in the vibration of love and gratitude.

Our thoughts can imprison us if we don’t take control of them. Often, we block out negative or painful thoughts out of fear that we are feeding them and allowing them to manifest. Pull up that very stressful thought and thank it for calling attention to the parts of you that need love. This will shift your entire relationship to your thoughts and debilitating beliefs about those thoughts.

Sometimes the mere memory of a traumatic experience is too painful to even be conscious of, so we suppress it. When we bury our pain, it is still a part of us, only now it is functioning as a shadow aspect. Even if we are unaware of our unconscious parts, we don’t need to know exactly what we are thanking in order to still thank and send gratitude to the parts of us that are buried and now want to be made conscious.

Take this practice to the next level. Pull up someone who has hurt you and thank them for showing you the lessons you needed to learn and the parts of yourself in need of unconditional love. Thank them for showing you that you deserve more love. Thank them for showing you exactly what issues you need to heal in order to embody more of your power. Thank them for setting you on your path to freeing yourself from judgment and claiming all of your parts.

Finally, thank yourself for being exactly who you are and where you are in life. Thank yourself for how far you have come. Thank yourself for everything and anything. Show yourself the gratitude and appreciation you’ve sought from others. You will find that everything you need to heal yourself and love yourself is already in you and is waiting to be thanked.
