The past few months have been a time of deep emotional processing and integration. The goal of this work is to create inner peace, but it’s more than just feeling good with where you’re at in your life, this is about accepting what you need to process in your life in order to shift your reality. Inner peace is about non-reaction. It’s about accepting what is in front of you as what the world needs to show you in order to make a deep personal shift and transformation in your life.
The ultimate goal is stillness, but we can reach stillness anytime we decide to drop into the present moment of our lives, in any situation, through any and all chaos- by making the personal choice to pause, sit, breathe, and connect with the universe. We are at the height of overstimulation and disconnection from the present anytime we forget our divinity- anytime we forget that we are pure source consciousness in form. Just reminding yourself of this ultimate truth will help redirect you towards your goal of inner peace and oneness with all of creation.
So as you continue on your journey of processing, integration, and being in your body, focus your attention on your breath, focus on not reacting to whatever absurdity, conflict, chaos, or distractions that are around you, and remember who you are and what you’re here to do. Questions to ask yourself and reflect on this month are: What are my personal goals? What are my spiritual goals? What are my creative goals? Anything you create here will transfer over to the New Earth in ways you can’t even imagine!
If the majority of your work right now is healing physical and emotional trauma, you are just as much on the road to inner peace as anyone else working through issues that either career or creative-related. It’s all connected. It doesn’t matter what the world is showing you right now. It doesn’t matter what your focus is on. What matters is working through your issues in the most loving, compassionate, and nonjudgmental way. Ask yourself: How can I do things differently this month? How can I be more patient and supportive with myself? How can I accept what’s in front of me and relax into my experience?
Remember, this is YOUR experience. This is YOUR movie. You will complete your journey, you will shift. So allow yourself the opportunity to create more moments of stillness and inner peace in your life because you deserve to enjoy it and you deserve to be PRESENT for it, which is after all, why you incarnated at this exact time in our human evolution. Inner peace isn’t about the result, it’s about the way, and you get to decide how to lead yourself back to your heart.

The theme of February is being here and being here in the body. The energy from the Full Moon in Leo has expanded us to levels of light we’ve never experienced in body before. In order to integrate the higher energies we need to be in the body. This way we can ground the higher dimensions into Gaia while simultaneously preparing our bodies for the next waves of light that will be hitting our planet in the coming months.
This is the time to develop and use your grounding practices and tools, to be in nature, to unplug, to eat lighter foods, to hydrate, to rest, and to meditate. This month can either drain you or prepare you- the choice is yours. You have the tools and knowledge you need to make this planet feel like home by making your body feel like home. Focus on building a solid foundation, and most importantly, trust your body and whatever healing crisis or changes you may be faced with. Everything that is happening within is here to put you in your body and make it a priority.
We are bringing heaven to Earth, we are making it physical, so love your body and welcome it home. Honor it and allow it to take the lead. Listen to what it’s telling you and how it feels. The amount of nurturing you give your body will reflect in the world around you. By plugging into the planet at this time you will help create a smoother transition into the Fifth Dimension as you navigate these energies and embody the light that shines within.
We all chose extremely challenging life paths that can sometimes hold residual shame, insecurity, or trauma, but however intense our journey has been doesn’t diminish or define our totality. This is how we magnetize light to us, by working through polarity. Whatever darkness we have experienced was only meant to draw light to it. Thank you for your contribution.
I received this energy update in different waves, yet all at once. I received the words weeks ago, but today I embodied the energetic upgrades that have been literally raining on us, waiting for us to drop our umbrellas and bathe in their light codes. I woke up today with a list of errands and work, and as I sat down to write I felt myself merge with my oneness and godhood, and I have been sitting in integration for the past few hours. Below is my energy update for today April 20, 2017 through the first week of May.
I invite you to formally welcome your Eternal Self. Look into the mirror and say hello. Look into your eyes until you recognize yourself. Breathe and take your time. From this space of connection and oneness, begin to contemplate whatyou would now like to do with your life. Make space in your life for this so that Source can provide. What are those next steps you need to take? Now you can start to plant seeds, or rather, your emotional and spiritual goals you are ready to see grow.
This is the time to act on the now. What do you want to come through? You want to plan this now. Honor this time of deep introspection and infinite possibility! We are headed into another huge energy acceleration that will take us straight into June where we will see the reality we’ve been anchoring manifest itself. The world is going to shift depending on how much you invest into yourself right now- this is what will be reflected back to you. Invest in your emotional and physical health, self-care, healing, personal goals, getting organized, detoxing, and feeling good! Set up your plan this week and voice your intentions out loud into the Universe! Be sure to drink a lot of water (alkaline), practice grounding, get outside in the sunlight, walking and grounding in nature, eat clean foods and avoid GMOs, and of course, breathe and meditate.
I recommend practicing the following breath work and bedtime ritual:
Before you go to sleep lay down comfortably in bed. Take deep, belly breaths. Release everything from the day. Breathe in the day’s events and with gratitude, breathe out and release until you are a clear slate. Even if you still have stressful thoughts, just breathe until you feel your body slow down. Now in your mind, list all the things from your day that you are grateful for. Now list and reflect on all the things that you did right. This will help you return to center.
The theme of April is staying centered. Focus on the things that give you balance and help keep you centered. Remember, the light is firmly here. By centering yourself and entering stillness, you will awaken to your own heavenly light, your godhood, your oneness with all.

The vibration behind gratitude has the power to change you and everything around you. Taking the time to greet whatever is paining you with a heart felt "Thank You" can instantly shift our resistance to circumstances, emotional pain, and even physical pain after time. Gratitude invites us into the neutral vibration of acceptance and acceptance transforms any issue into inner peace. You don’t have to create a false positivity toward an issue in order to send it gratitude. That is the power of thank you. It does all the work on your behalf.
Our suffering is exacerbated by our judgments around it. It’s bad enough that we suffer, but then we swing back and forth from either entire disconnection from our suffering, to powerlessness, to judgment. We rarely think of thanking it. Thanking your pain is how you liberate it.
Any trapped emotions or judgments held against the self can also create chronic inflammation in our emotional body. We then become a host for these low vibrations to live in, rotting away in a cesspool of heavy, traumatic patterning that welcomes even more pain and suffering, which becomes the new normal. The challenge is in changing our relationship to suffering by seeing it as a call for love. Thanking it is gives it unconditional attention and acceptance at the same time.
We can free ourselves from suffering by bringing in the light of gratitude, replacing our dense patterns with high vibratory patterns of grace and unconditional love. By saying thank you to someone who has hurt you, a troubling thought, or physical pain, you are not excusing their behavior or pretending to enjoy things that were never meant to feel good. Instead, you are returning your power to yourself by guiding yourself out of the cycle of suffering.
“Thank you” brings attention to whatever is inside of you that needs to be healed. Just bringing consciousness to a problem begins the transformation. When you are in pain, you are calling for consciousness to that aspect of yourself. Bringing your attention there creates the healing, but saying thank you transforms you.
Put your hand over your heart and say "Thank you heart." Do this for every part of your body, head to toe. Do this everyday, even if you are not in physical pain. If you are currently battling disease or illness, send a big thank you to whatever you are suffering from. Illness cannot survive in the vibration of love and gratitude.
Our thoughts can imprison us if we don’t take control of them. Often, we block out negative or painful thoughts out of fear that we are feeding them and allowing them to manifest. Pull up that very stressful thought and thank it for calling attention to the parts of you that need love. This will shift your entire relationship to your thoughts and debilitating beliefs about those thoughts.
Sometimes the mere memory of a traumatic experience is too painful to even be conscious of, so we suppress it. When we bury our pain, it is still a part of us, only now it is functioning as a shadow aspect. Even if we are unaware of our unconscious parts, we don’t need to know exactly what we are thanking in order to still thank and send gratitude to the parts of us that are buried and now want to be made conscious.

Take this practice to the next level. Pull up someone who has hurt you and thank them for showing you the lessons you needed to learn and the parts of yourself in need of unconditional love. Thank them for showing you that you deserve more love. Thank them for showing you exactly what issues you need to heal in order to embody more of your power. Thank them for setting you on your path to freeing yourself from judgment and claiming all of your parts.
Finally, thank yourself for being exactly who you are and where you are in life. Thank yourself for how far you have come. Thank yourself for everything and anything. Show yourself the gratitude and appreciation you’ve sought from others. You will find that everything you need to heal yourself and love yourself is already in you and is waiting to be thanked.
“Be Here Now.” We see this phrase everywhere, but are we actually embodying it? Are we consciously present and in our experience here on Earth? Often the most simple of phrases hold the biggest treasures. Now, more than ever, we need to be here now. We are in the midst of a global ascension and are experiencing a multitude of energetic shifts both off and on our planet. Being anchored into the Earth allows you to go with the flow of these new planetary changes while remaining safe and secure in your body.
As a Quantum Sphere Healer and energy practitioner, I've observed that the one thing every client of mine has in common is that they are not grounded into the Earth and fully occupying their bodies.
When you are ungrounded, life becomes chaotic and confusing. To be out of body is to be out of control. How can you focus when you’re not actually here? My clients suffering from anxiety, nervousness, negative thoughts, paranoia, uncertainty, rage, insecurity, lethargy, exhaustion, and full body illnesses all have one thing in common: they are out of their bodies, and when you leave your body, you invite negative and heavy energies in. Moreover, clients holding trauma in their root chakra are by far the most ungrounded. This is because our grounding cord is located at the tailbone, and our energy streams from the crown chakra down through the root chakra before entering the grounding cord and making its way down to the core of the Earth. Clients with blocks in their root chakra lack the space to allow a healthy flow of energy to connect them from their grounding cord to the planet and release their trauma into the Earth. They go through life like a balloon floating around filled with toxic energies just waiting to pop! Not only is this a dangerous way to live, its not actually living. As children of the Earth, we are made to thrive and live happy and fulfilled lives here. We incarnated into this planet to have a human experience, and the only way to do so is to actually live in the human body you were given.
The first thing I do at the start of a Quantum Sphere Healing session is ground the client to the center of the Earth and connect them to the unconditional love of Mother Earth. Their heavy energy and toxins are dumped and recycled into the planet and a stream of healing light is sent up through the grounding cord into the client’s energetic body. The client immediately feels a calming, loving sensation of safety and security. This is how it truly feels to be present and in your body.
The benefits of being grounded include being in touch with your physical and emotional body sensations, mental clarity, immunity from illness and disease, calmness and stillness, patience, relaxation, focus, self-trust, feeling safe in your body, and an overall feeling of inner peace. More importantly, grounding is how you make sure that all the self-work and healing work you do actually sticks. According to Shaman and Quantum Practitioner Carla Fox, “All of our energetic healings, positive shifts and spiritual insights are not permanently imprinted into our cellular memory and energetic field unless they are grounded through us and anchored firmly into the Earth. Otherwise, they are just temporary and will gradually fade away.” It is one thing to absorb information intellectually, but to truly experience healing and spirituality, your body and energy field need to relate those experiences to each other in order to make the corresponding shift. Yes, we are made of stars, but we are also made of the elements of the Earth and have a deep connection with the soul of our Earth Mother. We are, after all, in her womb.
The best thing about grounding is that there really is no wrong way to do it. You may already have your own way that works for you. If that’s the case, congratulations, you’re doing Earth right! For the rest of us, here are some tips:
1. Walking in Nature
Any activity that has your feet planted firmly to the ground will help eliminate energetic toxins. Walking barefoot on the ground will give you direct contact and allow you to feel the Earth’s magnetism. Plus, everyone feels better when they’re connected to nature. Take a walk on the beach or go hiking, allow yourself to feel how freeing it is to explore our beautiful planet and connect to her soul.
2. Grounding Exercise
This is a special exercise I practice twice a day and teach to my clients. I also do it anytime I feel overwhelmed and need a “reset” button. Stand up and take a deep breath. Close your eyes and imagine a golden ball of energy above your head. This is your personal energy source. Now imagine a stream of energy pouring down from the ball. Open the top of your head like a funnel and let this golden, healing light enter your body and slowly fill you. Go slow, taking deep breaths and allowing each breath to pull the stream down and fill every part of you. Let it stream down your tailbone and both of your feet, creating one solid stream of energy. Now send this energy down to the core of the Earth, or the heart of the Earth. Anchor yourself into Mother Earth’s unconditional, loving soul. Use your imagination and picture this in a way that’s most helpful to you. Sometimes I imagine dropping an anchor into the core of the Earth, or Mother Earth’s hand reaching up and holding my cord like a child holding on tight to a beloved balloon. Now hold this anchor in for at least a minute and allow yourself to truly feel the sensation of being grounded. I always send up our Mother’s unconditional loving light and feel it energize me and connect me to her soul. I thank her and send her gratitude and appreciation for being my home and for taking care of me and the rest of humanity. Don’t forget to get visual! Play around, change the colors, and make it feel as real to you as it actually is. The more you practice, the deeper the grounding sensation will feel. Overtime, you will be able to discern when you are grounded versus when you are out of body.
Everyday we are blasted with varying frequencies and vibrations, both on and off our planet. The greatest gift you can give your body is to live in it- to be present in it and create a safe space for your soul to thrive. Be here now, it is as simple as going outside and feeling the Earth beneath your feet. Clear your mind and make yourself at home in your body, Mother Earth will do the rest.
